When to send Christmas cards

For paper cards, the usual advice is to post them in the first two weeks of December, and earlier for international mail, which can take several weeks around the holidays. Digital Christmas cards remove the deadline entirely: they arrive instantly, so you can send one on Christmas Eve, or on Christmas morning itself.

Make a Christmas card with your family photos

A card with your family in it is the one people keep on the fridge. Cherrywish Christmas e-cards put your photos into a warm holiday scene: your family in a frosted window in Home for Christmas, four favorite memories hung as ornaments in Our Year on the Tree, or a personal holiday letter in A Little Christmas Letter.

  • Make one card for everyone, publish it once, and share the same link with your whole list.
  • Or personalize a few for the people closest to you, with a line just for them.
  • Download it as an image to post on social media or print at home.
